What is a Standard Load?

A standard load consists of:-
  • goods or materials safely secured on pallets
  • 26 pallets or less per load
  • 26 tonne weight or less per load
  • transportation within the Island of Ireland
  • carrying materials that are NOT hazardous, perishible or fragile
  • the load does not consist of loose or bulk material
  • the load is not oversized or of exceptional size
 
What is a Custom Load?
 
Any load that is not classed as a standard load, as described above and all transportation is within the Island of Ireland, is regarded as a custom load and you need to send a short quotation form to U-Load with details of the load.  The customer service team at U-Load will then quote you a rate for your custom load within one business day.
 
 
In all cases, the carriers liability is limited to €1250 per tonne weight, please see our Terms and Conditions
